David has over 35 years property experience in both the public and private sectors, most recently as the Head of Properties for BNZ.

David established Property People in 2002 to provide a recruitment and search service specifically for the property sector. Since that time David has continued to work as a property consultant alongside the recruitment work.

After completing a Bachelor of Property Administration (BPA) at the University of Auckland, Amanda has worked in the property industry for 22 years in both landlord and tenant property management, project management and corporate roles.
